After a career in teaching, I became drawn to the marketing side of independent schools so became a director of admissions at both a Canadian and a US boarding school. In the past eight years I have moved into the advancement profession both in Massachusetts, at Berkshire School, and upon my return to Canada, for three years now at Brentwood College. Our profession is one where we can have great impact for kids and where we can model the value that giving counts.
